About Fermentation Basics

  • This is the same class and instructor as taught at SIMB (the SIMB class is conducted in 1 long day)

  • For the on-line version, classes are generally split into 2 days to help the student absorb more content by avoiding information overload

  • The last hour of class is devoted to addressing specific issues experienced by the student.

  • A PDF of the slides will be sent prior to class

Who Should Register for Fermentation Basics?

Experience Level: 0-5 years

I designed the Fermentation Basics class to support those new to fermentation – those with 0-5 years of experience. It will elevate and crystallize fermentation understanding and equip the student with new insight to help drive process improvement.

Experience Level: < 0 years

So, fermentation is not your day job, but you know you need to understand it better? There are many that would benefit from a firm understanding of what fermentation is all about.  This class will teach you all the basics.

With a pure love of fermentation, he has developed and taught the very successful Fermentation Basics and Advanced Fermentation classes for many years at SIMB.
